Front Office Executive


Job Description:

KSUM is looking for an energetic front office executive to undertake all front desk operations. He/she will be a part of Administrative Team.

Job responsibilities:

·To welcome visitors with proper greetings guide them properly as per their requirements.

·To answer all incoming calls and handle callers’ inquiries and re-direct calls as appropriate and take adequate messages when required.

·Maintaining Inward & Outward registers, also important documents, files and records in an organized manner.

·Taking care of dispatch, keeping records for incoming and outgoing Letters

·In charge of all the office utilities.

·Perform administrative and clerical duties as and when required.

·To handle the meeting/interview arrangement at the time of seminars/workshops/ recruitments.

·To schedule meetings and update calendars and handle travel desk.


    Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
    Good knowledge of MS office.
    Ability to solve problems, take initiatives and plan the tasks.

·Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

·Candidates should have minimum 1 years’ experience as Front office executive or equivalent. Candidates with experience in administrative and clerical procedures will be given weightage.

    Candidates having formal training in Front Office Management will be given weightage
    Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)
    Professional attitude and appearance

Salary & Other Perks -

·Consolidated salary is Rs. 20,000/- per month plus other emoluments like mobile bill, medical reimbursements, health insurance (for Rs. 2 lakhs) and conveyance support.

·Age – Below 28 years as on 01/07/2019

·Duration – 1 year contract
