Administrative officer cum Facilities Manager

Job responsibilities:

1.Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet safety standards/legal requirements, up to code, and fully operational.

2.Responsible for managing contractors and working with third party vendors.

3.Managing facilities planning and space allotment, cancellation & update of seats and facilitation to Start-ups

4.Managing activities of Housekeeping, Security, Office cabs and control on records on the same.

5.Managing the accounts and keeping records of all payments

 Qualification:

a) Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.

b) He/she should have minimum 5 year’s experience in a similar position. He/she should have sound knowledge of Admin and facilities management.  Knowledge in Accounts/Finance will be added advantage.

c) Recently retired officers from Govt/PSUs/R&D Institution/ Ex-service person with above profile also may apply

d) Age limit: Maximum up to 58  years as on 31.06.2019

Remuneration: Rs.40,000 per month (consolidated) depending on qualifications and relevant experience.
