Job Description

Role Summary :

Coordinate the execution of incubation programs and ensure timely achievement of startup milestones.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for supporting the operation & execution of the assigned incubation program from beginning to end.
  • Planning and designing the program components and proactively monitoring its progress
  • Resolving issues and initiating appropriate corrective action along with Incubation Manager
  • Defining the Program’s governance arrangements , timelines and deliverables along with the incubation Manager
  • Ensuring effective quality assurance and the overall integrity of the program by focusing inwardly on the internal consistency of the program.
  • Managing communications with Startups part of the program

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's in Business, Agriculture, or Engineering.
Experience and Skills
  • 5 years in project coordination, preferably in the startup space.
  • Strong planning, communication, and digital tool skills.

Age : Below 30 years as of 01/01/2025.

Salary : 40000/-
