Role Summary

Provide domain expertise in agriculture, ensuring effective integration of climate-resilient practices in startup interventions.

Responsibilities

  • Create agri-tech use cases and challenges.
  • Match startups with real-world problems and FPOs.
  • Offer sector-specific mentoring.
  • Conduct training on climate resilience.
  • Scouting startups and matchmaking with FPOs
  • Designing immersion programs for startup/farmer engagement and adoption.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or PhD in Agriculture, Agribusiness, or related fields.
Experience and Skills
  • 5 years of experience in agricultural technology, sustainability, startups, or policy.
  • Have conducted fieldwork in the agritech sector or worked in similar initiatives.
  • Expertise in climate resilience and agri-value chains.
  • Candidates who have worked in an agritech startup are desirable.

Age : Below 30 years as of 01/01/2025.
