IIMK LIVE invites applications for Online EDP in Business Venture Management
Program Objectives/ Learning Goals: 1. To have a deep understanding of business environment and to have the right strategies to become a successful entrepreneur. 2.To given an exposure to budding entrepreneurs on sales, marketing & financial aspects of a startup. 3. To enhance managerial capacities of startup entrepreneurs. 4.To develop and strengthen entrepreneurial quality, motivation, leadership and team management skills. 5. To provide a networking opportunity Duration & Schedule: It will be a 3 months program with 50 Hrs of teaching of which 32 hrs of teaching will be on online platform and the remaining 18 Hrs will be an In- Campus module. In campus module will be for 3 days. Each online session duration will be of 2 hrs duration on Wednesday and Saturday between 7pm and 9pm Pedagogy: Faculty Presentation and Case discussions would be supported by real life case presentations from various categories to demonstrate the application of the concepts and tools. Program Contents: The program is designed to give an exposure to core business areas which are critical for an entrepreneur to learn for running a successful startup. This program covers topics like Introduction to entrepreneurship, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Startup Strategy. We have given below the modules and the topics which are broadly covered. Each session will be of 2 Hr durations and module wise session details are shared below.
