In order to address the various issues faced by Startups / Innovators, Kerala Startup Mission has introduced an online mechanism to submit grievances from the respective stakeholders.
The public is given a provision to choose on the topic of Grievance which has been classified based on various schemes. The grievance raised will be provided to the concerned Implementation Officer of the scheme and if the reply is not satisfactory / no reply within 5 days the same is escalated to the Nodal Officer which is the Chief Executive Officer, Kerala Startup Mission.
Kerala Startup Mission will be happy to address your Grievances based on the following types:
1. Incubation support
2. Funding support
3. Public Procurement grievances
4. Invite regulatory issues faced by startups
5. Any other query or grievance
Upon submission of a Grievance you will received a tracking number in your email given and the Tracking Number can be used to track the Status of the Grievance.
