FabLab Kerala is a state-supported digital fabrication initiative under the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) and part of the global MIT-affiliated Fab Lab Network, enabling individuals and institutions to transform ideas into functional prototypes, market-ready solutions, and scalable products through access to rapid prototyping capabilities, knowledge, and mentorship. With facilities including Super FabLab Kerala, regional FabLabs, and Centres for Early Innovation Labs in government schools, it supports students, educators, makers, startups, and innovators through hands-on learning, applied research, and early-stage product development, bridging design, technology, and entrepreneurship while strengthening Kerala’s startup and education ecosystems and nurturing a strong pipeline of future innovators and entrepreneurs across the state.
