Roles and Responsibilities

- Managing the activities of Innovation and Entrepreneurship Development centres under KSUM across Kerala.

- Responsible for developing startup pipelines from Educational Institutions- Provide guidance and mentorship to Nodal Officers in building Innovation ecosystem in Institutions

- Develop and nurture Student Innovators through various programmes

- Provide support to IEDC nodal officers and students leaders to conduct Innovation and entrepreneurship development programmes

-  Provide strategic guidance to Nodal officers and Students lead in building a startup ecosystem

-  Work with various stakeholders including corporates, Startups and Government agencies in developing a conducive startup ecosystem

- Build a network of innovation communities in educational institutions

-  Connect Communities, knowledge partners and other relevant stakeholders with the IEDC network

- Run Student Incubation Programmes through the IEDC network

- Any other tasks assigned by the reporting officer from time to time

Qualification and Experience

- Minimum 4 years of total experience for graduates or 2 years for BTech or postgraduates, with experience in the startup ecosystem preferred.

Requirements

- Practical knowledge and skills in usage of project management methodologies and tools.

- Strong communication skills (both verbal & written).

- Excellent presentation & managerial skills.

- Ability to work in cross-functional teams, communicate with colleagues in both

business and technical roles and develop processes that drive scalability.

- Experience in working with Startups and Student tech initiatives would be an added advantage

Age  : Below 35 years as of 01-06-2026 

Salary and Other perks : Rs 40,000 as consolidated pay and other benefits as per KSUM policy
