This Request for Proposal (RFP) invites proposals from qualifi ed and experienced bidders to partner with the Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) for the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, support, and maintenance of a state-of-the-art Graphics Processing Unit (GPU) Cluster in , Kerala.
The GPU Cluster will serve as the computational backbone for:
1. Processing large-scale AI workloads and training complex deep learning models.
2. Empowering the AVGC-XR (Animation, Visual Effects, Gaming, and Comics) sector.
3. Supporting deep-tech startups, academia, and public-sector agencies.
4. Enabling AI and ML research, development, and product innovation.
The objective of this RFP is to:
1. Procure and deploy a high-performance GPU computing cluster consisting of 8 GPU nodes.
2. Ensure end-to-end delivery including installation, confi guration, testing and commissioning at the designated Data Centre.
3. Provide enterprise-grade warranty and support services.
4. Enable KSUM to independently operate and scale the infrastructure.
