Job Role Summary

Application is invited for a Lead for Kerala Startup Mission to create a stronger startup ecosystem in Kerala, as well as promote entrepreneurship and startup companies in Kerala.

Qualification

Mandatory :

• Degree, in engineering, economics, commerce or Chartered Accountants.

Desirable :

• PG In Business administration from the Institute of National Importance (Full time or Executive (12 Months)).

Experience and Skills

Mandatory :

• 10 year experience in fields of Business Development /Technology Development/Innovation
• Minimum 2 years experience in Startup Ecosystem
• Working with a Startup / Startup Ecosystem Player / Incubators / Venture Capital.

Desirable:

• International Networking experience
• Communication skills
• Knowledge of Malayalam (speaking)

Age: 40 - 55 years as of 01-Jun-2026

Mode of Appointment : Contract basis or Deputation from Central or State Government Departments/organizations

Duration of appointment: 3 years

Salary: Rs. 3,00,000/- (consolidated) per month with 15% hike on completion of every year based on performance.
