Position Overview
Manager will
-
Supervise and monitor day-to-day operations of the Co-work Team
-
Ensure timely and judicious processing of seat allocation requests from Startup
-
Drive occupancy growth of LEAP Centers by targeting scale-ups and startups beyond the existing LEAP ecosystem
-
Strengthen revenue realization through systematic follow-up

Lead strategic initiatives for expansion, partnerships, and ecosystem engagement

Plan and implement startup programmes
Roles and Responsibilities

Prepare the annual plan for the LEAP division and monitor the activities of the team members towards achieving the objectives

Ensure maximum space utilization, occupancy planning across LEAP Spaces and partnered LEAP centres- Manage execution and administration of agreements, including onboarding, renewals, seat additions/deletions, compliance, and documentation.

Manage Profit & Loss (P&L) by ensuring timely collection of license fees, follow up on pending dues, and support reconciliation of payments.

Coordinate with other divisions of KSUM for implementing startup programmes- Support the establishment of new co-working centres (both KSUM-owned and partnered) under the LEAP Network.

Liaise with government departments, academic institutions, partner organizations, property owners, vendors, and ecosystem players to strengthen startup engagement through LEAP centers.

Carryout the review , monitoring and evaluation of team members performance on a regular basis.
Educational Qualification
Graduation with minimum 8 years of relevant experience in startup ecosystem, incubation, innovation management, project management, or allied fields; or MBA with minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the above areas.
Experience
Experience in project management, ecosystem development, or public-private partnership initiatives.
Desirable qualification and experience

Experience in stakeholder management involving industry, academia, investors, or government bodies.

Experience in managing or overseeing P&L (Profit and Loss) responsibilities, including budgeting, financial planning, resource allocation, and operational cost management

Experience in co-working spaces, startup ecosystems, incubators, or innovation hubs shall be considered an added advantage.

Candidates with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in Government Departments or Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs) will be given preference.
Age : Below 40 years as of 01-06-2026
Salary and Other perks : Rs 1,00,000 as consolidated pay and other benefits as per KSUM policy
