Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain scalable web software and portal for internal workflows and data collection from startups.

- Responsible for managing databases and server-side infrastructure, including setting up and configuring web servers, managing APIs, and ensuring the security and scalability of web applications.

- Design and implement scalable software architectures, ensuring maintainability, reliability, and adherence to industry best practices.

- Evaluate, implement, and optimize AI-powered tools and technologies across existing and upcoming digital platforms to improve productivity, automation, analytics, and user experience.

- Explore emerging AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), AI agents, workflow automation, intelligent search, document processing, and chatbot solutions, and identify opportunities for their adoption withinKSUM platforms.

Educational Qualification

- B.Tech/B.E in relevant streams (CS, IT, EEE, EC or other circuit branches)  from a recognized university.

Experience

- Minimum 4 years of total experience with exposure to software developer roles.

Skills and Competencies

- Strong proficiency in full-stack web application development using Vue.js,  Tailwind CSS, PHP, Laravel, and PostgreSQL/MySQL or equivalent technologies, with experience in API development, database design, and application deployment.

- Sound understanding of software architecture, data structures, algorithms, security best practices, performance optimization, and scalable system design, with the ability to build and maintain reliable enterprise applications.

- Experience in integrating and evaluating AI-powered solutions, LLMs, automation tools, and emerging technologies, coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills (Optional)

- M.Tech in relevant streams as per role is preferred.

Salary and Other perks : Rs 90,000 as consolidated pay and other benefits as per KSUM policy
