NIDHI PRAYAS (Promoting and Accelerating Young and Aspiring Innovators & Startups) is an initiative of the Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India, implemented in Kerala through Kerala Startup Mission (KSUM) as a designated PRAYAS Centre. The scheme supports individual innovators and early-stage startups in transforming innovative ideas and Proof of Concept (PoC) into functional prototypes. It provides financial assistance of up to ₹10 lakhs as a grant for prototype development, testing, validation, and limited commercialization readiness activities. The support is offered for a maximum duration of 18 months, enabling innovators to initiate technology development and strengthen market readiness.
