Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic professional with experience in managing government funding schemes, startup financing, or working with incubators and accelerators. The ideal candidate should have strong networking skills, financial acumen, and a proactive approach to securing and managing funding opportunities for startups.

Duration : One year Contract

Responsibilities:

Manage Funding Schemes mandated by Central and State Governments, ensuring efficient selection, disbursement and monitoring.
Identify and secure funding opportunities through national programs for startups.
Collaborate with State & Central Agencies for funding opportunities for startups.
Assist startups with application processes, compliance, and documentation for funding.
Track fund utilization, maintain data, prepare impact reports, and analyze funding trends to improve support mechanisms.

Experience and Skills

Qualification:

Candidates must have a minimum of two years of total work experience.
MBA with two years of work experience or Graduation with at least one year in managing financial schemes or working with startup funding initiatives, startup incubators, accelerators, innovation programs, or collaborating with funding agencies.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of startup funding mechanisms and financial compliance processes.
Proficiency in preparing funding proposals, impact reports, and managing grant and loan disbursement efficiently.
Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills.
Excellent managerial, collaboration, and networking skills with a positive approach to work.
Good understanding of emerging technologies and trends.
Age below 35 years as of 01/01/2025.

Salary & Other Benefits:

The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 40,000/- per month. In addition to the salary, there will be allowances and reimbursement as per KSUM policies.
