Job Description

Involves working closely with the KSUM team to support and facilitate various aspects of the Young Innovation Program.

Project Name: Young Innovator Program

No: of Position: 1

Duration: One Year Contract

Location : Thiruvananthapuram

Responsibilities:

  • Source and evaluate applications from young innovators building interesting products.
  • Collaborate with selected teams to provide them necessary support for their growth.
  • Assist in designing and executing workshops, training sessions, and other initiatives aimed at nurturing young innovators.
  • Facilitate the creation and engagement of an expert pool to mentor and guide participants.
Experience and Skills
  • B. Tech (Any discipline)
  • Proven work experience of minimum 2 years; in the spheres of technology, or management in a technology-oriented organisation
  • A keen, ideally demonstrated, interest in emerging technologies;
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in project management software is desirable
  • Age : Below 30 years as of 01/01/2025

Salary:

Consolidated pay of Rs.30,000/- p.m
