Job Description

Duration- One year Contract

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible in running the Incubation Programme at KSUM i.e selection, on boarding, implementation of Cohort programme, space allocation, startup reviews and graduation of incumbents.
Responsible in mentoring, evaluating pitch deck and market outreach of startup products to Industries.
Responsible in developing and implementing customised startup programmes for the Incubatees.
Responsible for setting timelines and milestone for individual startup incubatees based on their products.
Responsible for connecting the stake holders in the startup ecosystem with the incubation programme
Responsible for developing a methodology for validating startup products at different stages of their entrepreneurial journey.
Responsible for creating a tech community around the incubator network.
Assist in the development of new programming and services that enhance financial, market, and/or business knowledge of entrepreneurs
Should perform all related activities as instructed by the reporting officer.

Qualification- B.E / B. TECH in any discipline or MBA

Experience and Skills

B.E / B. TECH in any discipline with Minimum three years of work experience in incubation activities / or MBA with 1 yrs experience in incubation activities.
Age – Below 30 years as on 01/01/2021

Salary & Other Perks :- Consolidated salary is Rs. 35,000/- per month. Eligible for other benefits like Medical reimbursement, health insurance (for Rs. 2 lakhs), mobile bill & conveyance support
