Job Description

Duration- One year Contract

Job responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the general upkeep and maintenance of buildings to ensure that they meet safety standards/legal requirements, up to code, and fully operational.
  • Responsible for managing contractors and working with third party vendors.
  • Managing facilities planning and space allotment, cancellation & update of seats and facilitation to Start-ups
  • Managing activities of Housekeeping, Security, Office cabs and control on records on the same.
  • Managing the accounts and keeping records of all payments
  • Other assignments as prescribed by Kerala Startup Mission from time to time.

Qualification:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.
Experience and Skills
  • He/she should have minimum 5 year’s experience in a similar position.
  • He/she should have sound knowledge of Admin and facilities management.
  • Knowledge in Accounts/Finance will be added advantage.
  • Knowledge of general maintenance methods, operating requirements, and safety precautions related to facilities management is required.
  • Recently retired officers from Govt/PSUs/R&D Institution/ Ex-service person with above profile also may apply
  • Should have excellent problem-solving skills & communication skill. Good Knowledge in MS Office
  • Age limit: Maximum up to 58 years as on 01.01.2021

Salary & Other Perks: Rs.40,000 per month (consolidated) per month plus other emoluments like mobile reimbursement, medical reimbursements, health insurance (for Rs. 2 lakhs) and conveyance support.
