Job Description

The Assistant Manager will play a key role in fostering corporate relations and supporting startups. This role involves organizing events, driving partnerships, and managing global projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business administration and a passion for innovation and technology.

Location: Any location in Kerala

Duration: One year Contract

Responsibilities:

  • Corporate relations,startup matchmaking and corporate innovation programmes.
  • Startup evaluation and scouting.
  • Conducting demo days and demand days with corporates and startups Providing Business for startups.
  • International stakeholder engagement and startup market access programmes.
  • Event conceptualisation and implementation.
  • Implementing Revenue generating programmes.
  • Driving Partnerships and membership programmes.
  • Initiating satellite centres across the world.

Qualification: MBA with two years of work experience or Graduation with at least one year in a startup incubator, accelerator, or innovation program, as part of the total two years of work experience is considered.

Experience and Skills
  • Candidates must have a minimum of two years of total work experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal and Communication skills.
  • Excellent managerial, collaboration, and networking skills with a positive approach to work.
  • Good understanding of emerging technology and trends.
  • Willingness to travel.

Age Criteria: Below 35 years as of 01/01/2024.

Salary & Other Benefits: The selected candidate will receive a consolidated salary of Rs. 40,000/- per month. In addition to the salary, there will be allowances and reimbursement as per KSUM policies.
