This position is part of the KSUM's PMU which will work with Samagra Shiksha Kerala for creating Centres for Early Innovation.

Job Title: Machine Making Engineer - Mechanical (on Contract basis)

No: of Position: 1

Location: Kochi

Duration: 1 year contract

Job Responsibilities:

Strong background in mechanical engineering principles, including statics, dynamics, and materials science.
Experience with 3D modelling and design software like Fusion 360, FreeCAD, SolidWorks etc
Knowledge of Actuators and mechanical drives, Standard mechanical parts, Machine designing, CNC machines, 3D Printers and their operation.
Ability to design and build custom machine parts and components.

Experience and Skills

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in mechanical engineering.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Proficiency in 3D modelling and design software such as Fusion 360, SolidWorks etc.
Experience with Actuators, mechanical drives, CNC machines, and 3D printers.
Ability to design and build custom machine parts and components.
Strong knowledge of statics, dynamics, and materials science.

Age: Below 30 years as on 01/01/2024

Remuneration: Consolidated salary is Rs. 40,000/- per month.
