Experience and Skills

Eligibility/Requirements:

Graduate with a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a background in Health Tech/Healthcare company/ industry.
Have an entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to try new practices and spearhead adoption
Passion for nurturing and mentoring start-ups and basic understanding of start-up ecosystem
Good networking and interpersonal skills to work with medical institutions, health departments and KSUM’s expert mentors

Monthly remuneration: Rs. 60,000 to Rs.80,000.

Key Responsibility:

Effectively monitor and mentor the startups in line with the objectives, and timeframe with a focus on the health vertical’s value proposition strengthening and coordination among the various stakeholders.
Work closely with KSUM and other stakeholders in the health and med-tech sector to set up facilities for startups in this sector.
Identify and publish breakthrough opportunities, trends, and potential of Kerala-based startups in the sector.
Propose policy interventions that could help Kerala become a prime destination for health and med-tech startups.
Conduct networking events for Health Startup
