Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end procurement operations, ensuring timely availability of goods, services, and vendors for various programs and infrastructure projects.
  • Handle the e-tender portal and coordinate the creation and publication of EOIs, RFPs, and tender-related documentation.
  • Review vendor proposals, conduct technical and commercial evaluations, and negotiate contracts in line with State procurement rules.
  • Develop annual procurement plans and maintain a database of reliable vendors and suppliers.
  • Track the progress of contract implementation and ensure timely delivery and performance.
  • Maintain procurement documentation for audits and ensure transparency and efficiency in all procurement activities.
Experience and Skills
  • Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience for graduates.
  • Familiarity with e-tender platforms and public procurement norms.
  • Strong documentation, negotiation, and communication skills.

Age : Below 40 years of age as on 01.01.2026

Commitment : Full Time

Duration : One Year Contract

Salary : The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 40,000 and other benefits as per KSUM policies.
