Job Description

Job Responsibilities :

  • Head the HR function and manage HR policies, job descriptions, recruitments, KPIs and appraisals.
  • Ensuring legal compliances, discipline, office etiquette and addressing employee concerns.
  • Create strategies for employee development and improving HR practices to meet industry standards.
Experience and Skills
  • Graduation + MBA in HRM from a recognized university.
  • Minimum 6 years of total experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience working within the startup ecosystem is essential, such as engagement with startup incubators, accelerators, or startup advisory roles.
  • Age below 50 years as on 01.01.2026

Commitment : Full Time

Duration : One Year Contract

Salary : The selected candidate will receive a consolidated monthly pay of Rs. 1,00,000 and other benefits as per KSUM policies.
